We offer Architect design services from feasibility to completion for a variety of building types. Our principle market is residential design work where we work with individual clients on extending and improving their homes as well as new build dwellings. We specialise in bespoke, exciting, innovative and sustainable designs. We do not have a house style as we prefer to develop design solutions in conjunction with our clients specific to their project. We pride ourselves on our high level of service, and the success of our completed projects is testament to this.

TECHNOALPIN SNOWFACTORY SF210 AT GLENSHEE SKI CENTER
Obtained statutory consent for the installation of snow making plant at Scotland's largest snowsports area, located within the Cairngorms National Park.

ROOF TERRACE
Conversion of an existing flat roof to provide a roof terrace accessible from upper level living accommodation.

HOME REMODELING
Extensive update of a 1930's bungalow on a sloping site to create a comfortable modern home making most of daylight and views. Project includes raising the roof to create an additional storey and cutting into the slope for a basement workshop.

BARN CONVERSION
Conversion of a disused outhouse into a two bedroom detached annexe in a courtyard garden. Existing masonry walls were retained, views over the River Tay prioritised while meeting the criteria for Passivhaus Certification.

BOTHY EXTENSION
A simple design solution was found to extend a small traditional Scottish domestic building on a sloping site using natural materials - open larch cladding and slate.
